1 – J. Crew to open Asia-Pacific flagship stores in Hong Kong

Apparently J. Crew plans to open a 3,200 square foot woman’s flagship store in Central’s IFC Mall, and a 2,100 square foot mens flagship store in On Lan Street.

2 – Krispy Kreme re-entering China

Krispy Kreme and Haiya Group will be developing 23 new locations in Guangdong province, China, over the next 5 years.

3 – H&M to open in Melbourne

H&M will be opening a location in Melbourne Australia within the next few months, and also in Sydney within the next 18 months.

4 – Tata Expanding its footwear portfolio

This year Tata will begin retailing US-based woman’s footwear brands Aristos, S.C.T and Arin.

5 – Lower retail rents in Hanoi due to more available spaces
